A letter of introduction...

Over the past two decades I have worked in the field of public history. During that time I have acquired a great deal of experience, working in collections, interpretation, research, retail, marketing, education, and public programming for several museums.

My work in those areas also led me to study in-depth many historical skills and trades, most notably historical handwriting and tailoring, along with some other associated skills. These skills, I find, continue to be of immense help in understanding the past and bringing it to life.

I’m a published author, with two books currently in print (more on the way), several articles, and one documentary to my credit. I have also worked on several television series and historical documentaries, both in front of and behind the camera. I currently live in Nashville, Tennessee.
